Welcome to Our Lady Queen of Peace!
Funeral Mass in Thanksgiving
for the Life of Sister Philippa Synnott
06/11/1931 – 03/05/2014
Our Sister Philippa Synnott has peacefully passed away. In her honor we will be observing in our parish community of Our Lady Queen of Peace the following posthumous events:
Monday – Viewing from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Vigil Service at 5:00 PM
Tuesday – Viewing at 10:00 AM and Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM
The Burial will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Sister Philippa used to work in our Pastoral Care Ministry taking care of the elderly and the sick. Her desire to give her life to God in the service of people and to live simply were her biggest legacies that she left us, hoping that more women and men of God will follow.
Please, spread the word to others that might had known Sister Philippa Synnott in life and her works so that they can pay their last respects.
Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord. And let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace. Amen.

A welcome message from our Pastor
We warmly welcome all of you to the First Catholic Church in the West Pasco County. Together with “Our Blessed Mother” we gather at the Table of her Son, Jesus to get nourished and to proclaim His Message of Love in words and deeds. We invite you to be a part of our loving Community being present at our Eucharistic Celebrations and other events.
Every First Friday at 5.00pm is our Family Dinner Time in the Parish Hall. We gather to know one another and to build up new friendships. The New Parishioners are formally introduced and Anniversaries are celebrated at this Gathering.
Please visit this magnificent Church adorned with colorful stained glass entrance doors, windows, Carillon Tower, Stations of the Cross and the Doves of Peace; stay here in solitude to get Blessings upon you and your family through the intercession of Our Blessed Mother.
May God bless you.
Father Sebastian Earthedath, MST, Pastor
