Knights of Columbus Council 11680
Our Lady Queen of Peace Council 11680 meets at the Parish Hall of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in New Port Richey, FL. The Grand Knight for 2011-2012 is Joseph Fiorentino. You may contact the Knights by phone at 727-809-0492, or my email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our Lady Queen of Peace Coucil 11680 was founded in 1995 through the direction of the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council and the leadership of the late Fr. Gerard Powers (our former pastor). With the support of surrounding councils, we are able to forge a closer working relationship with our parish. Each year our council provides funds for various parish ventures, such as our local crisis pregnancy center, and the mentally challenged in our community, among others. We are especially proud of the many members we have who are active in various ministries in our parish.
Why Become a Knight?
Imagine being part of an organization that fills your heart and mind with the joy of giving to others and the feeling that comes with making a difference. Knights are Catholic men 18 years of age and older, who are committed to making their community a better place while supporting their church. Being a Knight is more than camaraderie; it’s being involved with your community, it’s supporting your Catholic Church, while enhancingyour own faith.

In addition, we attend to the physical and mental needs of our wounded Veterans at Haley Veteran’s Hospital with supplies that they don’t recieve from the government. We along with our brother Knights in the Third Degree assist in various parish projects, both physically and monetarily.
